West of the old ghost town of Harrisburg, UT, and just inside the boundaries of the Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, are the tan stucco and wire ruins of a Mexican village, complete with plaza and fountain. No, not a real Mexica village…

Quail Creek State Park and its 600-acre reservoir lies only 4.5 miles from our current RV park location. After so much desert, it’s visually refreshing to enjoy the scenic beauty of water.

Only a few miles from the RV park we’re staying at in Leeds, UT, is the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve and Recreation Area.

I’ve been making a good many photos and have gotten behind in processing them. This image of the Window Rock in Window Rock, Arizona, was made during our explorations while staying in Gallup, New Mexico.
