Fanciful Friday: Around Home
I don’t have an elaborate or lengthy post for this Fanciful Friday. Maybe the hot weather has affected my energy and creativity this week. Perhaps you’ll appreciate the simplicity of this post instead. Below are a few photos I’ve made around the house this week.
Starting from the upper left: flowering plants in front of the house; a Boston fern against a rough tree trunk; Bentley, the house manager; and a friendly Geico lizard hiding in a Sweet Oliva bush.

Thanks, Mark. For such a long, hot, dry summer, the plants all seem to have thrived with a little watering. Bentley is an easy model to photograph; he enjoys his downtime.
