Sisterhood Of Two Wheels
“I ride not to escape life, but for life not to escape me.” – Unknown

As I was growing up many years ago, I rarely saw solo female motorcycle riders unless they were very young and riding small off-road bikes. I’m happy to say I’ve been noticing more female riders these days, and I want to salute the talented and inspired women who now enjoy riding their own bikes and excelling on two wheels.
Note: This marks the end of this week-long motorcycle-themed posts.

I like this image! Touches me somewhere inside. This whole series of the motorcycle theme has done that for me. I hope that was your intention with them! This series of images has opened more about who you are and some information of your youth. I feel I now know you even better.
I believe many creators strive to capture emotions through their images, seeking to elicit a visceral response from the viewer, with each image and its associated text an invitation to feel, creating a connection that transcends the visual. It was a bit easier with a subject that drew on my own emotions and memories, but in doing so, it also required sharing some of those experiences, which was a good thing. This week was a good experience for me, and I’m happy you found it to be as well. Have a great weekend, and thanks for all your comments!
