A cold, cloudy and rainy Valentine’s Day but certainly with a silver lining. Bonnie and I got our second Pfizer vaccination today at an Atrium Health drive-through clinic conducted at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, Concord, NC. The people running the clinic were outstanding in both a professional and friendly manner. Highly impressed and a big thank-you to them.
We didn’t have any issues with the first vaccinations, and we don’t expect any issues with these second ones.
#igottheshot and also got to drive a little on the speedway…BONUS! :-)
Good news indeed for you both! Hope you donβt have any of the common side effects of the 2nd.

Finally, a benefit of being old, Mark. π
This post made me laugh, Earl! Thought you did a great job with the image then realized it wasn’t yours. Glad you got the shots. I get my second one next Saturday.
Nope, not my photo, Monte. Props to Atrium Health. They had signs stating no photos or videos at the event. I didnβt have time anyway, they kept things moving.
Old enough to get the shots but young enough to make race car noises while driving around part of the track. HaHa! π
Hope your second shot goes well!
