Sorry to read about the troubles your mother is having. This must make your father’s passing that much harder. Stuff like this puts everything (back) in perspective some times.
I’ve been recently explaining poverty to my daughter (hey – she asked about it ;) ). I’m trying to make her realize how valuable what we have is compared to so many others. While perhaps not directly applicable to your current situation, it does remind a person to really value what they do have instead of complaining about what they don’t.

Sorry to know that. My mother died 6 years ago because of heart attack. And what’s left is memory about her
