I decided to shift to black and white in order to perhaps change my perspective or exercise my creative brain a bit more.

Now I’ve used my OM-D extensively and have never dropped it but I’m always aware the “grip” is not as good as with my full size camera. I found a workable solution to this issue in the Olympus HLD-6 Battery Grip.

When we had drove from Milan to Venice it was late evening via toll highways which offered few views of the areas were were passing through. For our drive to Florence we selected secondary roads to enjoy some of the flavors of smaller Italian towns and countryside.
