Crunching about in the woods this last week with a crisp carpet of fallen leaves beneath my feet I was remembering how much I use to enjoy playing in the leaves on fall days as a child — wonderful play. This past week I spent time interviewing and then training my replacement for the IT Manager position at the non-profit agency I’ve been working at. The new person’s going to be good and the agency was indeed lucky to have found him.
