The timestamp on this photo shows 11:40 AM, which is just before lunchtime. I believe I set my camera to local Italian time. One of the things I fondly remember about Italian restaurants, aside from the delicious food, is that they didn’t rush you. Conversation was an expected part of the dining experience. Thanks, Monte!
