“Imagination is the beginning of creation. You imagine what you desire, you will what you imagine, and at last, you create what you will.” —George Bernard Shaw Isn’t the goal to enjoy creating compelling images? lots of character in that tree. Hope spring-like weather is showing it’s face down there.
Weirdly, looking at this tree made me think of the Elton John song, “I’m Still Standing”…
“Don’t you know I’m still standing better than I ever did?
Looking like a true survivor, feeling like a little kid
And I’m still standing after all this time…”
Yea, this week it’s been beautiful. Lots of sunshine and high temps in the ’70s
Thanks, Mark.
fitting song!
Yeah, but perhaps a bit overdramatic for this simple photo. Haha! :-)
Have a good upcoming weekend, Mark!

I’m looking forward to Spring, except for how it affects my allergies. Pine tree pollen, for the better part of April, drives me nuts. That takes most of the enjoyment out of it. I hope you have a great weekend, Howard!
Yes, this tree has a beauty about it, a sense of wisdom from living life. One thing I enjoyed when living along the east coast was the moss and the green that is encountered everywhere. Something we do not have much of out here. Had to go and listen to the Elton John song. 😁
In certain places in the Smokey Mountains, they say if you stand still too long you’ll find moss on your north-facing side. ;-) I hope you enjoyed the song?
Have an inspiring weekend, Monte.
