I really like this Brooks, especially with the clouds and the two bike riders. I think the reds in that area look more vivid under dark clouds and the people definitely provide a sense of size and distance. Wish I was there right now!
Thanks, Paul. The last several days there’s been a good deal of wind but the frozen stuff and most of the rain has passed to the north of us. This week is suppose to be beautiful. Bonnie’s been constantly advising me I need to capture people in my landscape shots out here to provide a sense of the vast scale.
Beautiful scene, Brooks. We have such a beautiful world. I for one need to venture out and experience it’s ability to heal and bring a bit of peace to me. I like the trail as it winds through the image.
I’ve always equated it as something which “recharges my inner batteries,” Monte. So much of this world is negative and drains my energy…the beauty and wonder of nature always gives me a positive charge! Thanks, Monte!
