First Fall Leaves, 2026

While walking Bentley a few days ago, I noticed these leaves that had changed color and fallen, and I managed to get Bentley to cooperate long enough for me to make a couple of photos. We’ve only had a morning or two that felt even close to fall temperatures, lows in the mid-60s, and even then the humidity was high. While Fall can’t come soon enough for me, it looks like it will have to wait a while, as the heat index here for a number of days this week will be in the three digits.
