Way Back: 2006-Biltmore Estate

Twenty years ago, my daughter Amberle, Bonnie, and I visited the Biltmore Estate Gardens in Asheville, North Carolina. I used a point-and-shoot Canon Powershot SD300, according to the file metadata, though I don’t remember much about that camera; I’m fairly certain the camera on my phone today is better than the SD300. However, as they say, “the best camera is the one you have with you.” I do remember that it was a lovely day, filled with beautiful flowers and breathtaking gardens.
This was so far back that there was still “normal” weather. 😏

That far from a back, huh. And you were right, some of these new phones take some phenomenal photographs.
Well, I could go way, way, way back and show the images from our cave wall. 😂 Yes, it’s pretty amazing what a phone camera can do these days.
