Where Lay Those Fallen Leaves

No quote. No deep philosophical subject within this post. Only a photo of a bush I came upon and found interesting while walking in the woods. It especially looked a little strange from a distance. The bush had lost all of its own leaves but seems to have taken on the burden of a good many discarded leaves of its neighboring trees.
What a shame this is only a photograph; I certainly could have gone somewhere with the notion of being burdened by others’ stuff. 🤫 Oh, maybe I just did.







Yes, I think you did! Your past comments about other people’s suffering and the injustice of this world shows you already are one who carries others burdens.
Can you have empathy without it sometimes feeling like picking up a piece of someone else’s load and carrying it alongside your own?
