Initially, I graded this photo low and thought it was a candidate for later deletion. However, I kept returning to it for reasons still not completely understood. I’ve learned that one should often listen to one’s gut reactions, although there have been times when they were wrong, or perhaps I just misinterpreted them. In either case, good or bad, here’s the photo. It’s busy and a bit of a mess, but isn’t that so like life? Maybe that’s its redemption.
All of these tree saplings and other plants are under three feet tall and flourish under the canopy of the surrounding woods. It’s their little world, which doesn’t often garner much attention.
And their little world is an integral part of the whole. I look at the chaos in nature and confused but then I realize how much my logical thinking wants order. As I’ve learned to let go of my logical thinking I can see the beauty in the chaos. Thanks for listening to your gut!
Thanks, Monte.
Certainly worth keeping.
I still think it was worth keeping as well. Thanks!
