Lost

“Sometimes when you lose your way in the fog, you end up in a beautiful place! Don’t be afraid of getting lost!”
– Mehmet Murat Ildan

As we approach the end of the vibrant autumn leaf season, I find great photographic interest in the imperfections of the final leaves as they turn spotted and brown. Aren’t the imperfections often the most interesting features of anything or anybody; even ourselves? In any case, I’m nearing the end of this season’s leaf photos.

“As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives.” ~ Henry David Thoreau
Sometimes I think it may be better staying in the fog.
Yelp, been there, got the t-shirt. :-)
Totally agree, but I don’t have the t-shirt, yet! I love this image!
Thanks, Monte. It’s best to get lost early to get the T-shirt. 😏
