Today I spent the afternoon adding unobtrusive underskirt LED lighting on the Vilano — timer or remote controlled.
When it’s too windy for the awning to be out, which it seems to often be here in Texas, the Vilano didn’t have a good low light solution — until now!
Now that is cool!!
Thanks, Monte. It does look cool at night. :-)
Now all you need is that fancy suspension to make your truck go up and down in crazy ways as you cruise around the camp site and you will be totally rad! Oh and be sure to have some 50 Cent or Ice Cube or maybe Eminem blasting out your windows. ;)
Just kidding in case you hadn’t guessed. I think that sort of lighting looks great and it looks awesome on your RV.
LOL Cedric, on some of the roads we’ve traveled our truck (and 5th Wheel) does crazy up and down movement with no fancy suspension modifications required — more a testimony to poor infrastructure maintenance rather than my efforts — and in this part of Texas you’re safer having your radio tuned to one of the local country stations. ;-)
Even if I say so myself, with it being indirect lighting, it’s subdued and functional without being overstated. And it keeps me from having to throw on the bright spotlights every time I take the dog out, which our park neighbors probably appreciate.
Just get those lights to pulze and alternate colors with music and you will be the life of the park’s! :-)
I have lights like this inside my car cabin as ambient lighting that I can set the color (no music pulsing though) and I love the feature.
Mark, I’d either be the life of the park or escorted out of the park, can’t say for sure which. :-)
These lights only do off, on and blue but setting the color would have been neat.
