I’ve changed the visual format of Meandering Passage. This blog has had many lives and looks since 2006 — it’s been an Internet/Mac Technical Blog, a Photographic Blog and a Personal Journal Blog, only to mention a few. I felt I needed a way to separate and display the history of the different content and perhaps a “magazine” style would best do that. I’ll continue to work out the bugs and to make it feel warmer and friendlier.
Me like. Changing when it’s time to change is good. I’ve gone through a few of those myself… :)
Hi pj,
Good to hear from you again. I’ve been so bad about visiting everyone on the Internet lately. Lots going on…lots of that change stuff! :-)
Yeah, well, I’ve been pretty much out of the loop myself. I know that change thing well. Glad to see you’re still keeping it going.
pj, I’ve updated my links to your new site. Glad you stopped by.
Appreciate it Earl…
I was wondering what was going on when a bunch of older posts began showing up in my FB feed. :-) I thought “Earl must be doing some tweaking again.”
Mark, I’m always tweaking on this site, you know how that goes! :-)
However, I did get caught on some of the recent category changes publishing to Facebook — didn’t think about that but now I know. The there’s some other notable changes coming, which I’ll explain fully in a soon to be published blog post — folks, we are landing the plane.
Change is good, well some of it. And, I like it when you “tweak” things up. Keeps me on my toes. Your content is my primary reason for stopping by. I have a friend who shops for wine according to the label rather than the type of wine. She sys, “Oh this looks pretty,” then shells out $12 for a $3 bottle of wine.
More then happy to keep you on your toes, Monte, and there should be more of that coming down the old blog post road in the next week or so.
I think a lot of people buy wine that way and to be honest it may almost be as good as any method for us who don’t have educated tastebuds. Even if you know about wine you still have to taste a lot of bad or mediocre ones to find some keepers. Many just rely upon others who profess to know wines to steer them in the right direction.
I think that it’s perfect for your next phase of life. Magazine fits perfectly as we follow along on your adventure … you and Bonnie.
Thanks, Paul. Yes I hope to be able to journal some of this adventure and I hope some visitors might like to follow along here.
