I recently completed photographing the provided list of supporting churches for the 2014 Rowan Helping Ministries Calendar.  This is the third year I’ve donated my services for this project — making a total of 65 churches thus far.  It may sound like a good many churches unless, like me, you’ve researched the church registry and realize there are well over 300 registered in Rowan County, NC, alone — yes folks, this is the Bible belt!

The 2014 church photos along with all the others can be found in my gallery here.

Black and white, high contrast…less expensive to print with a dramatic impact on a publication such as a calendar.

this is a great collection of photos, Earl. One you should be proud of. Black and white is well suited to the subjects, too. I can only imagine the hours you spent producing this body of work but it all shows up in the results. The gallery looks very nice also.

I also agree, an outstanding collection that works well in black and white,

Love them all! And, glad you are still out and about with your camera with tasks and goals being accomplished. So, how many churches to you have left to photograph?
