These photos really capture the sense of isolation, Earl. You’d never guess that there was anything other than more of the same just a few miles away. Definitely worth the $5!
It is a nice change of pace if you enjoy peace and quiet. Thanks!

Long, quiet beaches have always been a favorite with us. There’s something about walking along the shore when the only sounds are birds and the constant, regular arrival of waves at your feet. If you can’t shed a little stress in this environment, you’re in bad shape!
Were these taken with the OMD? I only ask because they seem to have the same bluish tint that I see with mine, especially when I’m near water. It’s not a bad thing – I actually kind of like it. But it’s different from what my Canon “sees” in the same situation.
Paul, yes, these were made with the OMD. I’ve also noticed in certain cases, as you described, the bluish tint. Certainly different then my Nikon as well. In this case I went with it, emphasizing it even more during post-processing.

Tom, hopefully this area will remain preserved in its current state. Thanks!
That looks like a real ‘getaway from it all’ place. A lovely sense of isolation and tranquility

We have some spots like this near me, except they are more like 300 feet of unspoiled shoreline. :-) Looks like a great spot Earl.
