That’s a great quote, especially in the context of where I happen to be at the moment. We’re visiting our son in Las Vegas and spending a little time wandering around various casinos. Since the NCAA basketball tournament just go under way, “business” at the sports books is pretty high. As is the cumulative level of “ignorance”. It’s just a horde of old, fat guys smoking cigars wondering why they’re losing.
Just thinking about how wise they’ll all be when they become aware of their own ignorance is mind-boggling……….
Paul…I personally prefer ignorance and wisdom that doesn’t cost me a lot of money! ;-) Many of those in Las Vegas pay dearly for their wisdom…if they ever get any.
