Earl Moore Photography

It’s been a week with highs of upper 70’s and lower 80’s (ºF) which almost makes it seem like summer then spring. The only saving grace is that the nighttime temperatures are still falling into the lower 50’s giving a wonderful fresh feeling to the mornings.

Tis the season for homeowners to do spring cleaning and yard work. The neighborhood is alive with sounds of lawnmowers and people outdoors pulling weeds from flowerbeds. Our house faces north with brick steps at the front, which over winter develop a slight green tint from moss. It’s one of my jobs each spring to pressure wash those bricks back to their reddish brown tones. I finished them yesterday afternoon.

I’m not certain what type of bush or scrub is in this photo, perhaps some of you know. It’s outer leaves are turning bright red to announce the end of winter and there is some wonderful bright grees and yellow beneath. It’s leaves look too large for what they call a burning bush.

Lovely treatment here. We face north as well and the last eight foot stretch of snow may be gone when I get home today. It was tenacious, after having a driveway full of snow piled on it, but if it’s not there I won’t miss it!

I have to say Earl that this image reminds me a bit of a tie dyed t-shirt. :-). very cool.

It’s not a burning bush i don’t believe. The burning bush we have here doesn’t have shiny leaves and is deciduous, so it drops all its leaves in the fall. That aside, it’s a beautiful image.

Really nice colors here, and this frame would look good on any wall. :-)

I first saw this with my iphone but wanted to wait and comment after I had seen it on my laptop. Something told me I needed to see the image on a larger screen. Awesome!!!! Not sure but this image seems like one for printing and framing. I also have no clue what plant it is.
