Hi Martina, what always catches my eye but did photograph well is how beautifully curved and crooked the limbs and trunks of these trees are along the path. I’ve spent wonderful moments sitting upon this bench and as I related above in a reply to Don, I’ve photographed it from almost every angle now. Still, it draws me to it. Thanks for your kind words.
What a wonderful feeling your have captured in this. The shadows of the limbs crossing the path are quite eloquent. The path invites me forward, while the shadows slow me down—a perfect foil for the bench asking me to pause a while and reflect.
And a bench!
Yes…I couldn’t leave out the bench! ;-)
This looks like a great place to spend a few hours walking and watching spring approach.
Steve, well it has been so far. This is part of the park where I sometimes spend my lunch time walking.
A nice place to reflect about life !
Hi Sidney, how have you been? Thanks!
What a nice, appealing path through the woods. I like the bench ahead as an element in your picture. A very successful shot.
Don, thanks. I think I’ve shot this bench from about every angle and distance now. :-) A few of them I’ve post here before.
That’s a wonderfully calming image – I like how the path leads the eye towards the bench. The interplay between sun and shade is extremely beautiful.
