Veterans Day
First, I want to simply say a quick thank-you to all the many veterans who have served or are still serving. Your efforts and sacrifices are not forgotten.
Local statistics indicate over 24% of the people seeking food, clothing, shelter, or financially help through the helping organization I currently work at are veterans. A thank-you seems a small offering.

Yes, Earl! I agree, all of our veterans, from every branch of the Armed Services should be thanked. Although I have not served in that way, I sincerely value the sacrifices of all of the folks who have done so.
