I watched Episode I of Steve Gillmor’s “Bad Sinatra” videocast last night. After a few hours sleep here are my initial thoughts on it:
- Overall, interesting first effort.;
- It was too long. I found myself looking to see how much time was left. I’d suggest shortening them to 20 minutes maximum and saving the remainder for the next episode. People’s time is limited these days.; and
- It needs some additional editing. Some type of Sinatra theme segue between the video sections, perhaps with names/locations would be a welcomed addition for the viewers. We’re not all pals with these people. I think these segues would provide a method for increasing brand recognition for “Bad Sinatra” and/or provide space for non-intrusive sponsorship/advertisement.
Will I watch the next episode? Yes, I want to see where this goes.
