Our campsite (#98) at Cedar Key RV Resort, Cedar Key, Florida.

In a couple of days our time at Cedar Key RV Resort, Cedar Key, Florida, will be coming to an end. Two years ago we loved our visit to this park and we’ve wondered if our impressions would be different upon coming back. I think we view it a bit differently this time but only because we’re more experienced with other RV parks and what they offer. But our feelings about this park are still very positive. It’s a nicely laid out and a well managed park with an area that is serene and restful.

Looking our across Suwannee Sound from Cedar Key Boat Launch, Cedar Key, Florida.

Our next stop is Carrabella, FL, west of Cedar Key and still along the Gulf coast. The last few days I’ve been engaged in a thorough cleaning of both the truck and the 5th wheel and thought I should get a photo while they are clean. :-)

On a follow-up note…we may have found a workable solution to most of Maggie’s anxiety problems. The Xanax trials are going well and thanks to our incredible vet, we are working out a daily and event (thunder storms, fireworks, etc.) dosage and schedule for her. Fingers crossed.

Glad to see you guys are doing well! We still miss you!

    • Hi Dennis, thanks, we’ve adapted to the RV lifestyle pretty well. I hope you and your family are doing well. I sometime miss having coffee out on that front porch in the mornings and seeing everyone from the old neighborhood. Take care! :-)

Miss you guys. Glad to hear you and Maggie are doing well and hope the anxiety trial continues on a positive path! Hugs

    • We miss you guys too but always enjoy following along your adventures via Facebook. It’s looking more positive for Maggie and our ability to continue RV’ing…which we’re very happy about. This year we’ll do less miles but hopefully will be able to head back west or northeast next year. We’d love to catch back up with you guys around the end of the year. We’ll be staying at Willow Tree in Longs, SC around Christmas, New Years and beyond. Be safe!

  3. On the road again is always good news. I also am glad you guys are enjoying this lifestyle. I am one of those living vicariously through you. :-)
