Toy Bicycle

I began this week with a photo of a toy truck so I’ll end it with a toy bicycle. The bicycle was photographed on the corner of my desk and the background is from last years trip to Munich, Germany. The two joined forces via Photoshop. With any photo of a bicycle I feel Andreas Manessinger should get a mention since his efforts have established him as a master bicycle photographer in my mind.

Not feeling like long photography excursions recently for both physical and mental reasons, I’ve been left to find other creative diversions — playing with “toys.” :-)

Also, in answer to Monte Steven’s question of today. Yes Monte, I can certainly relate!

  1. I figured you could relate as I’ve read in your posts where you have encountered those times. I wonder if sometimes these dry times are a necessary part of our development as photographers. With the aches and pains I’ve experienced lately I’ve also not ventured out as much. That also is more about my own expectations. At this time in my life accepting this is where I’m at, the here and now, is my real lesson. I like the results of your creative diversions!
