As expected, Apple did a refresh of it’s MacBook Pro and MacBook models today. This refresh included:
- the latest Intel Core 2 Duo processors (up to 2.6GHz in the Pros);
- larger hard drives (up to 300GB in the Pros);
- more standard memory and greater overall memory capacity;
- the latest NVIDIA graphics processors with 512MB of video memory in the MacBook Pros; and
- an innovative Multi-Touch trackpad on the MacBook Pro, first introduced on the MacBook Air.
These new models are available immediately with prices starting at $1,099 for the MacBook and $1,999 for the MacBook Pro.
