Meandering Passage experiences extended downtime

Meandering Passage experienced extended down time last night (Nov 30) and this morning (Dec 01) due to unexpected problems during scheduled electrical system maintenance by its host Media Temple. I believe this downtime involved an unknown number of sites not just Meandering Passage.

Media Temple has now corrected the problem and they are all back up. My thanks go to Media Temple for posting updates to let us know what’s going on. I hope they are reviewing the sequence of steps leading up to the failure in effort to prevent this type of incident in the future.

I have confidence they will do so.
