According to research firm IDC, Apple is in third place overall in computer sales among all computer makers. This steady rise is lead by strong notebook sales which for June 2007 were at 17.6 percent market share.
Among all computer sales Dell was first, followed by HP and then Apple. Apples overall market share has also increased to 5.9 percent, up from 4.8 percent of last year.
