GTD Online: New features for Vitalist

There appears to be a new version of Vitalist, which includes many new features such as: drag-n-drop list priorities, mobile edition, email & sms reminders, ical and xml feeds, ssl support, file attachments, recurring actions, and a new server which should speed things up.Vitalist also implements the inbox, actions, projects, and ticklers to compliment the “Getting Things Done” system.

WordPress 2.0.7 Released

Barely ten days after WordPress 2.0.6 was released comes version 2.0.7.Recently a bug in certain versions of PHP came to our attention that could cause a security vulnerability in your blog.  We’re able to work around it fairly easily, so we’ve decided to release 2.0.7 to fix the PHP security problem and the Feedburner issue that was in 2.0.6.  It is recommended that everyone running WordPress 2.0.6 or lower upgrade to this new version.

Defining a successful blog

For those of us who strive to write a blog with the improbable dream that it may make some small d difference or influence someone we are humbled when we read of the real power of blogging.  Botswana: positive impact of a village blog:A medical student from Nata village in Botswana writes about the impact of the Nata village blog on him, “Before the establishment of this website I must confess that I was a bit naive in as far as the exact impact of HIV/AIDS in Nata.  I read thru the website that almost 50% of pregnant women attending Nata clinic are HIV positive, and since my arrival late last month I have witnessed first had the impact of AIDS in my Village Nata.”
