Apple’s iPod tests at bottom for screen quality

In a recent MP3 and portable video player picture quality test conducted by ExtremeTech, Apple’s iPod came in at the bottom with poor contrast and color saturation. The picture was noted as being washed out and of poor quality for watching movies or video’s.

With this last update Apple should have invested in a larger and higher quality display instead of trying to increase their profit margin on the ipod line.¬† While I had been considering updating my third generation iPod I’ll wait or even consider another player if Apple doesn’t offer a real upgrade soon.
