Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix – Rated PG-13: I’m not a huge fan or follower of Harry Potter. I’ve never read any of the Harry Potter books and I’ve only seen a few of the movies, mostly after they’ve come out on DVD.
During this recent wedding weekend there was time to kill on Saturday morning, so my daughter and her friend convinced me to see Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. I must say, this is the best Harry Potter movie I’ve seen. It had a strong story line with convincing action and suspense. The special effects were very good…verging on outstanding. It kept my attention and interest…I didn’t look at my watch once.
There’s a good bit of violence and suspense, so the PG-13 might be a good guide. Young children should have an adult with them. Highly recommended.
