MacWorld – Apple recalls Sony-made PowerBook, iBook batteries
It was announced today that Apple will get to join the fun that Dell is having recalling the Sony laptop batteries that overheat and in some cases burn. Apple will recall over 1 million batteries from older 12″ iBook, 12″ Powerbook G4, and 15″ Powerbook G4 laptops.
I have a 15″ Powerbook G4 laptop but my battery is not part of the recall.¬
Just my luck, I could use a new battery about now!¬ ;-)
