…there are no misquotes in silence.

Autumn 2017

The blog silence this summer hasn’t been due to an exceptional event but more a simple decision to take some time off and embrace saying nothing. Perhaps I’ll be inclined to speak more to this later, or not, but I am enjoying some fine fall colors. I hope you are.

    I feel you :)
And at least you’re still making photographs which is more than I’m doing. In any case it’s nice to know all is well with you an that you are enjoying your nomadic lifestyle.

    • Hi Cedric! I’ve loosely followed you on Twitter but it’s still good hearing from you here. Yes, we are fine with some new experiences this summer. We’re planning for new directions next year. Hope you and your family are doing well. I’ve taken very few photos recently but I figure when it’s time it will come back to me.

  2. Glad to see you back on the blog, Earl. Hope to catch up before you head off to parts unknown again!

  3. Glad I decided to check in! :-) Been quiet in a lot of places. A lot of channels to keep up with, sometimes too much of a distraction.

  4. Intense colours of this beautiful time of the year, Good to see an image from you. The blogosphere seems to have lost a lot of quality image-capturers in the last few months.

    • Thanks, Andy. Perhaps the wider silence is related to the seeming lack of positive inspiration in the world as a whole at this moment. Or as Yoda said, “The dark side clouds everything. Impossible to see the light, the future is.” :-)

  5. Yes, there are no misquotes in silence. Glad to see your post and image. Hope all goes well for you two in any and all directions you go.
