I too like the traditional things and have a tiny artificial tree up inside and a live tree with 400 bulbs on it outside. To me is it still "Christmas." I found your genuine "apple" tree very attractive...I guess you could eat an apple a day from the tree and replace it with a new one... I think your post is very timely and a fine series.
