Vineyard Roses

Red roses, planted at the end of vineyard grapevine rows, present a beautiful view.

Vineyard roses is a new idea to me (who knows practically nothing about vineyards).
I like your composition which lets us see down the row of grapes and still have a fine close up of the roses. Well done.

Great roses! I use to grow roses; well leaves with black spot would be a more accurate description. When the local deer finally found the bushes that was the end our rose garden.

@Don: These roses were at the end of the rows that were along the entrance road so I believe it was a beautification project of the winery. I don’t think roses and grapevines are the norm. :-)

It is a delicious surprise—seeing roses in a vineyard. I hope everyone views the larger image. The detail in the roses is wonderful.
