It’s been warm and wet enough this fall and winter that some of the natural brick has become a little mossy. Heavy rains here today with accumulations measured in inches.
The ground is so wet at the moment it’s like walking on a sponge and there is a flood watch in effect until later this evening. Seems like lately with rain we deal with excesses…to much or to little. There’s even a chance of some light snow in the region as a cold front pushes through tonight.
They say perhaps some sunshine by this weekend.
