Acrylic Times: A Newsreader That Takes A Page From The Past

Most newsreader applications treat RSS feed articles like email. Acrylic’s Times is a Mac newsreader that takes another approach by allowing you to arrange and present your feeds in “newspaper format.”

(The Front Page)

It even allow you to “fold down the page” to read the details of articles and post.

At the moment I don’t know if this newsreader format is a step forward or backward, but it’s definitely interesting!

I’ll be playing with the demo.

Times v1.0 was just released and there’s a free 15 day demo available for download at the Acrylic site.
