WordPress 2.5.1 Update Released

WordPress is a very popular free Internet blogging application software that can be themed and modified to fit individual preference. This site is constructed on WordPress.

Has it been “two” weeks already (kidding)? It seems like yesterday that WordPress 2.5 was released and now there’s another WordPress Update (2.5.1) that again fixes a very important security bug.

Did you ever get the feeling you’re on a merry-go-round…you’d think that sooner or later all the “critical bugs” would be fixed. (I’m starting to understand why people are looking at Drupal.)

Here’s the word from WordPress:

WordPress Blog - Version 2.5.1 of WordPress is now available. It includes a number of bug fixes, performance enhancements, and one very important security fix. We recommend everyone update immediately, particularly if your blog has open registration. The vulnerability is not public but it will be shortly.

Note: Meandering Passage was updated from WordPress v2.5 to WordPress v2.5.1 without incident.

      I’m still in 2.3.1 and almost upgrate to 2.5, Thank god. WP 2.5.1 arrived !
