I’ve used Ecto for posting to Meandering Passage since the very beginning. For most of that time there has been talk and sneak peaks of Ecto3 being bantered about.

I was happy to be able to download the Ecto3 alpha for OS X today and will certainly be taking a serious look at it.

Be aware that this is an alpha-release, with all the bugs and missing/incomplete features that entails.

Ecto3 will also only work on OS X 10.4 or later. You can run Ecto3 along side Ecto2 but you’ll have to set up Ecto3 from scratch.
