There’s an informative post on HardMac concerning updating a older MacBook Core Duo to 802.11n using a Dell Wireless mini PCI-E card that was purchased on eBay. The original Core Duo MacBooks only supported 802.11b/g.It seems that since Apple has made the switch to Intel it is now using more “standard” components then they use to…. But if your hardware is old enough that will not matter.
