For implementing GTD you might try out this web-based application:

http://www.gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage your goals, keep track of projects' workflow, tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
A mobile version is available too.

Hope you like it.

Earl,

Would you mind giving my Ready-Set-Do! scripts a run and let me know what you think?? They work on the file system of the Mac OS and thus integrate with whatever Apple OS X program you might incorporate into your GTD workflow without locking you into any one program. I'm looking for more mac-users to try them and let me know what they think. Just click on my name and it will take you to my site where you can give them a test run. It also comes with a Sync iCal ToDos plug-in but works a bit differently than kGTD's sync -- so you would need to read through the read me file first, but it's got some pretty cool functionality like being able to port over the text in documents so you can sync that data onto your handheld device.

Would appreciate any feedback.

Thanks,

ionos: I'm using the build in iCal sync functions that comes with Kinkless GTD. It handles the sync with iCal and for me it creates an iCal Calendar and associated todos for proper contexts in my kGTD. There are a number of options you can set within kGTD to control how it interfaces with iCal. I'm still in the process of playing around with these to find the best fit. If you haven't already, I would suggest taking a look at the Kinkless GTD site where they have some information about the interface to iCal. Good luck on your GTD project.

Very interesting layout. Basically what I'm trying to set up. How do you get kGTD to export only entries with an associated date to iCal? And do you have them as todos in iCal with associated dates, or as calendar entries? Or am I misinterpreting your post?

Cheers
